Montage Beverly Hills’ Executive Chef, Gabriel Ask, is busily refreshing the summer menu at The Rooftop Grill. Known for his buoyant personality and hands-on philosophy, Chef Ask spends every Wednesday at the local farmer’s market, where he selects the finest ingredients. His goal is to create fun and innovative fare, adapting weekly menus to capture the best of his finds.

A seasonal menu of zestfully flavored favorites, soups, salads and sandwiches makes the most of fresh ingredients hand-selected from local farmers markets and artisanal purveyors. Dine in the charming space on the rooftop of our Beverly Hills hotel and enjoy signature dishes and cold-pressed juices, organic coffee and teas, beer, wine and handcrafted cocktails from the comfort of your seat. The Rooftop Grill also offers a delectable Sunday Brunch as well as menu items to-go.

Lunch: Monday – Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Brunch: Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Sunset Menu: Daily from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bar: Daily from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
