He is the host of the Food Network’s “24 Hour Restaurant Battle”, a judge on “Chopped” and has published two cookbooks: New Italian Cooking and Bold Italian.
Chef Conant’s Italian cuisine is modern, earthy and refined with the finest seasonal ingredients. First Seating begins at 10:30am and Last Seating is at 2:30pm. $108 per adult, $35 per child (ages 6-12).
