He is the host of the Food Network’s “24 Hour Restaurant Battle”, a judge on “Chopped” and has published two cookbooks: New Italian Cooking and Bold Italian.

Chef Conant’s Italian cuisine is modern, earthy and refined with the finest seasonal ingredients. Adjacent to the Beverly Canon Gardens, Scarpetta’s beautiful al fresco dining augments the Mediterranean-inspired experience, creating an enchanting backdrop for dinner. For dinner, our Beverly Hills Italian restaurant creates the perfect setting for private dining, tasting menus, romantic dinners or gatherings with friends.

Dinner: Monday – Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Bar: 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Thanksgiving, November 27

Scarpetta creates a festive backdrop for a memorable holiday dining experience to share with your friends and family.  Join us for a Thanksgiving feast from 12pm-7pm on Thanksgiving Day.  $105 per adult, $45 per child.

Christmas, December 25

Celebrate Christmas Day at Scarpetta with a holiday feast, including live music from 11am-7pm. $105 per adult, $45 per child.

New Year’s Eve, December 31

For a culinary experience to kick off 2015, join us at Scarpetta for delectable Italian cuisine.
1st seating is from 6-6:30pm for a three-course prix-fixe dinner with wine pairings and à la carte menu, $95 per person.
2nd seating is from 8:30-9pm for a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, $185 per person.
