Steve Siu, Pianist

The featured pianist since Montage’s inception, Steve Siu first displayed his talents on the piano by arranging popular songs by ear at the age of four. Although he took some lessons as a child, it wasn’t until he was thirteen when he immigrated to the United States from Hong Kong that he decided to take music seriously and began vigorous classical training.

Steve later attended and graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music. Siu’s memorized repertoire spans from Chopin to the latest hits from Lady Gaga.  It includes over 1000-plus songs from nearly all forms and genres of popular music.  A veteran performer, Siu has delighted audiences with his signature interpretations of popular songs at many luxury venues in Southern California, including the Ritz Carlton hotels in Laguna Niguel, and the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa. As a prolific recording aritst, Siu has released 13 solo piano recordings under his own label Pianoreimagined. In addition, he has recorded six discs for PianoDisc, Inc., the world’s premier maker of automated piano player systems and software, as well as two CDs forFirst Impression Music, a record label specializing in audiophile recordings.

Currently Siu performs seven days a week at the Lobby Lounge. Siu begins at 3:00 p.m. on weekdays, 1:00 p.m. on weekends and he concludes his daily performances at 8 p.m. (except on Sundays and Mondays at 11:00 p.m.). For more information about the artist, please visit
