Fine food is best appreciated when paired with fine wine. Studio has carefully assembled an artful collection. The wine cellar at Studio offers more than 2,500 selections to complement the menus, available by the bottle, half-bottle or glass.

Sommelier Troy Smith oversees the restaurant’s ambitious wine list. More than 2,500 different labels represent the world’s major wine regions, with an emphasis on benchmark wines and notable emerging wineries. Mr. Smith works closely with the culinary and sommelier teams to develop wine pairings for selections on the daily à la carte and chef’s tasting menus. An extensive wine-by-the-glass program includes Studio’s innovative “Sommeliers’ Selections,” which features wines that have caught the attention of the sommelier team by virtue of their exceptional quality and value. In addition, Smith focuses in particular on sourcing a wide variety of unique half-bottle selections, affording guests the opportunity to experiment with more selections.
