Just outside Studio, our signature restaurant, lies a new garden of seasonal delights. Modeled after a Mediterranean garden, the Studio Garden’s fruit trees, berry bushes and five raised planter beds provide a year-round source of fresh produce used in Studio cuisine. The garden’s homegrown produce – including pole beans, fingerling potatoes and seascape strawberries – and herbs, such as lavender and chamomile, provide Studio guests with organic, seasonal ingredients difficult to source at even the finest local farmer’s markets.
Tended by avid gardener Executive Chef Craig Strong himself, the Studio Garden provides exceptional freshness and flavor to all Studio menus, and serves as the foundation of the kitchen’s new Garden Menu.
