Mountain Mobility
Activate your whole body through this combination of high-intensity exercise intervals, mat Pilates series and deep yoga stretching. This class will support acclimation and endurance through intentional breathing and an increased heart rate. With a focus on core stability through functional movements you will be prepared for any activity on the mountain.
