A sensory Spa-inspired experience featuring a blend of aromatherapy, intentional breath work, and restorative yoga postures for increased respiration and relaxation. *High-quality essential oils are utilized in this class.

Barre Balance

A high energy, low impact, total body workout focusing on isometric movements while using light weights, your own body resistance, and intense barre work to tone and define

BOSU Core

Integrated muscle training on the BOSU Ball is used to get your blood pumping while also targeting stabilizer muscles to improve overall coordination and conditioning.

DanceFit

A category of Dance all on its own encompasses various dance styles. A fun way to move and stretch the body.

eLIGNABAR®

An active fundamental posture plus core strength and stability class using the eLIGNABAR®, a lightweight shaped bar assisting and targeting core stabilization muscles while bringing awareness to our spinal alignment.

eLIGNABAR® Pilates

Combine the essence of mat Pilates with the use of the eLIGNABAR®. Focus on muscle elongation, balance, core strength and overall postural health.

High-Altitude Boot Camp

An empowering, heart-pumping workout for building muscle endurance and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises for a fun, upbeat full-body workout.

Midday Mindfulness

This holistic practice integrates mindful meditation, pranayama, and gently flowing movements to calm the central nervous system, release stress, and oxygenate the body. A beneficial practice for all.

Move & Groove

We invite our five to twelve-year-old guests to enjoy a 45-minute action-packed class incorporating fitness, hula- hoops, yoga and more.

Power Vinyasa

A fluid blend of movements based in Yoga and Pilates, targeting the total body with a special emphasis on your core as you strengthen and balance the body and mind. The best of both worlds.

Yoga Fusion

Spa Montage is passionate about total wellness, body, mind and spirit. Our wellness experts specialize in a variety of fitness techniques and are here to assist you with looking and feeling your best.

Personal Training

60 Minutes • $155 per person
90 Minutes • $230 per person

A full-body assessment creates a personalized training session and provides information and guidance to continue your fitness regimen for a lifetime. Private group fitness classes and training sessions are available.  Please note no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled personal training time will be billed the full rate.
