Q: What can Gift Cards be used for?
A: Gift Cards can be redeemed at any U.S. Montage Hotels & Resorts or Pendry Hotels location; they cannot be purchased or redeemed at Montage Los Cabos. Gift Cards can be used for accommodations, dining, spa services and more.
Q: Will my gift card expire?
A: Gift cards do not expire.
Q: Do I need to be a hotel guest to use my gift card?
A: No, gift cards can be used to pay for dining or spa services any time you are visiting one of our hotels or resorts.
Q: Can I redeem my gift cards for cash?
A: No, gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Q: What if I do not redeem the full value of the gift card at once?
A: The full value of your gift card does not need to be redeemed at once. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card and the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.
Q: Do I need to activate or register my gift card?
A: Gift cards do not need to be activated or registered and can be used immediately.
Q: How can I check my gift card balance?
A: Your balance can be checked any time at www.montagehotels.com/giftcards/card-balance/.
Q: What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?
A: To replace the remaining value on a lost, stolen or damaged card with the original purchase receipt, please email our Gift Card Specialists.
