Montage Healdsburg Now Accepting Reservations, Inviting Travelers to Experience the Charm of Sonoma Wine Country
HEALDSBURG, CALIF. (August 2020) – Nestled among 258 acres of rolling vineyards and oak tree groves, the long-awaited Montage Healdsburg resort is now accepting reservations, highlighting its Spirit of Now offering. With Spirit of Now, guests enjoy a complimentary upgrade at the time of check-in, no deposit required at booking and waived cancellation fees up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Additionally, depending on the room category booked, guests will receive up to a $200 daily resort credit for use toward terroir-to-table dining, nature-inspired treatments at Spa Montage, recreational experiences throughout the property and more.

As Montage’s first Northern California resort, the ultra-luxury retreat features world-class amenities including an 11,500-square-foot spa, a zero-edge resort pool, three signature dining options inspired by the region’s culinary heritage and a wealth of experiences in addition to seamless access to Sonoma wine country’s renowned wineries and outdoor pursuits.
Accommodations
With every guestroom featuring an outdoor experience on a balcony or deck, 130 bungalow-style guestrooms and suites built with organic materials including stone, wood and copper blend contemporary influence with environmentally conscious design. Key features of the guestrooms and suites include floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the surrounding heritage oak forest; marble bathrooms appointed with a bathtub and separate walk-in shower; custom-made honor bars made to house prized wines; and while many patios include a fire pit, all include a small dining table, day beds, lounges and chairs.
The crown jewel of Montage Healdsburg is The Guest House, the resort’s top suite. The modern retreat offers three bedrooms and more than 4,600 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space to rest, relax and entertain. Elevated high on a knoll, The Guest House features breathtaking views of Mount Saint Helena and rolling vineyards of the Alexander Valley, including vines from Silver Oak and Jordan wineries. Lush gardens connect one room to another, while a large outdoor hot tub invites guests to soak and luxuriate under the oaks.
Dining
True to the region’s tradition of culinary excellence, Montage Healdsburg offers a variety of refined dining experiences that celebrate the bounty of the surrounding land. Signature restaurant Hazel Hill invites guests to savor creative California cuisine with French influence, highlighting locally sourced ingredients with seasonal flavors in a warm, welcoming setting complete with an interactive expo kitchen, exhibit pantry, alfresco dining area and wine bar.
As the lobby centerpiece, Scout Field Bar welcomes guests with creative cocktails, local craft beers and comforting French-infused bites to share. Live music and a glowing fireplace set the mood for pre-dinner cocktails or evening nightcaps.
For those lounging poolside, the warm-weather seasonal Hudson Springs Bar and Grill features a menu of fresh seafood ranging from the catch of the day to a selection of raw and barbecued oysters, as well as other classic poolside fare and a selection of colorful cocktails.
The resort also offers the Healdsburg Country Store, a gourmet grab-and-go market where guests can find an abundance of locally made goods and specialty foods such as barista-crafted coffees, pastries, salads, sandwiches, fresh-pressed juices, regional wines and artisan gifts.
Wine
Montage Healdsburg provides a perfectly situated launching pad to discover iconic wineries in the Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Russian River Valley appellations. The resort itself features 15.5 acres of rolling vineyards, all overseen by internationally renowned partner and winemaker Jesse Katz. Malbec, Merlot, Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown on-property and bottled at Katz’s Aperture Cellars Winery Production Building, located just six miles from the property.
