Champagne Hale at Cliff House

Montage Kapalua Bay welcomes back the Champagne Hale at Cliff House, a pop-up bar and lounge for guests and locals to experience the finest Maui sunsets while enjoying a variety of Champagnes perfectly paired with an innovative dining menu. Veuve Clicquot Rich and Rich Rose, Champagne cocktails, also returns to Champagne Hale.

Montage Kapalua Bay has created a perfectly paired menu of Champagnes and light bites for the Champagne Hale. Featured champagnes include Veuve Clicquot Rich and Rich Rosé, a unique offering from the house available for the first time in the islands, inspired by mixology and best enjoyed over ice with fresh ingredients like pineapple and citrus. Additionally, Veuve Clicquot’s signature Yellow Label, Rosé and La Grande Dame are also available by the glass and in a special “sunset tasting flight”. Culinary team delivers a festive food selection perfectly paired with these Champagnes.
