Full Month of November

Well Living: Cocktail for Charity
Hush, Octagon & River House
During the month of November, our mixologists will craft a custom cocktail with proceeds going to benefit the Bluffton American Legion. This custom cocktail will be crafted using a homemade shrub from a local veteran owned company.

American Legion Post 205 is the only nationally-chartered veteran organization in Bluffton, SC. The American Legion is dedicated to providing charitable support to all veterans and aim to enhance the well-being of America’s veterans, their families, our military and our communities by our devotion to mutual helpfulness.

Anson Mills Native Blue Corn Grits

Specialty Feature in Octagon
During the month of November, all grits used in Octagon will be switched to Anson Mills Native Blue Corn Grits. Who said corn is supposed to be white or yellow? Native Americans and European settlers grew corn in every color of the rainbow and those colors had deep meaning as well as distinct, diverse flavors and aromas. The corn for Anson Mills Native Coarse Blue Corn Grits belongs to the Cherokee Nation in the mountains of the Carolinas. Slow-cooked grits made from this fresh new crop blue corn have the fragrance and taste of mountain terroir and sweet corn, with intriguing background notes of chestnuts.

Kill Cliff® – Clean Energy Drink
Specialty Feature in Buzz
In 2015, Kill Cliff® became an official partner of the Navy SEAL Foundation and has since been committed to their founder’s mission of giving back to the community. To date, Kill Cliff® has helped raise and donate over $1 million for the Navy SEAL Foundation in cash, event sponsorship and product equivalences and continues to support service members, veterans and their families.
